How will I know that you have received my order?

Once you have completed ordering online, you will be sent an email confirming the order and your order number. Anytime you have further questions you can email us at info@partykids.com.au or phone on 0412 103 444 and quote your order number for a prompt response.

How long will it take for me to receive my order ?

All orders are processed on the day or the following day that they are received. Therefore you should receive your party supplies within a maximum of 4 working days from the day you placed your order.

What type of Credit Card can I use?

You are able to use Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept Diners or AMEX.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details onto your site?

At partykids.com.au we have gone to great lengths to ensure our payment process is totally secure for all our customers to use. We have a world class payment process in place, with the highest level of security available (128bit encryption). Details regarding your order and delivery are sent to us and all payment details are sent via the ANZ banks secure online payment gateway. At no stage do we have access to your credit card details. If you still do not feel comfortable ordering online you are welcome to download our order form and either fax or mail us your order wih your payment enclosed.

What happens to the personal information I give you?

At partykids.com.au we are committed to maintaining your privacy and can reassure you we do not sell or share our customers personal details with any other companies. We may from time to time use the information to contact you regarding new product ranges or specials we are running.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Partykids.com.au wants your shopping experience with us to be easy and enjoyable. This extends right to the moment you receive your order. If you are unhappy with you order once you have received it for any reason, you may return it for a refund (please see Terms & Conditions regarding refunds). This must be done within 14 days and due to the nature of the products, all must be unopened.

Do You Deliver Overseas?

Currently we deliver to the following countries. New Zealand, The United Kingdom and The United States of America. Please e-mail before you place your order so that we can notify you of the exact postage fees and length of time for your party supplies to arrive.
