To order any of our products, the quickest and easiest way is to order online  24 hours / 7 days a week. We are a secure shopping site using the latest in e-commerce technology so you can always feel assured your credit card details are safe.

Email - Details you need to include in your email are: Your full name Delivery address Phone number The items you wish to purchase IMPORTANT: Ensure you include your phone number so we can call you for your credit card details. Never send your credit card details via email.

Postage and Handling costs are covered by a set fee.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

The above delivery rate is for delivery of orders regardless of size via Express Post or Australian Air Express.  Orders containing a Pinata will be sent via Parcel Post.

All orders are usually shipped either the same or next day of ordering. If for some reason we cannot do so we will immediately notify you.

 The prompt delivery of your order is very important to us. Your party supplies should arrive within 4 working days of you placing an order.

Non Delivery of Orders

We are not a delivery company and so are reliant on third parties for delivery. All parcels (other than Pinatas) that are sent can be fully tracked from postage to delivery. To date, no parcels have been lost!

The most important thing to remember is that if you think your parcel hasn't arrived, please let us know as soon as you can. We are then in a position to locate your parcel and advise you accordingly.
